How to Order Leavers Hoodies

In addition to ensuring that our products are superb quality and our service second to none, we have also worked hard to make sure that our ordering process is straight forward, reducing the amount of work required by the group organiser to a minimum, because we know that you have 101 other things to think about!

1. What do you want?

Once you have decided to use WavePrint you get in touch and we will send you all of the initial documentation that allows you to tell us exactly what you want, in terms of which package you have opted for, which colours of garments and which designs you are choosing, and finally how you will be ordering (manually or online). You enter the details into our simple order forms and email them back, along with the names to make up the back design and a high quality copy of your school badge (your head of year, or school admin staff will be able to help with both of these items!)

2. This is what you'll get!

Our team will book in your order and our design staff will create the artwork for the front and back of your hoodies. You will now be sent a complete order confirmation form which clearly illustrates how the hoodies will look (view an example confirmation form). You check the artwork and order details carefully, advising us of any changes that are required. Once you are happy that the details are correct we can let the ordering commence...

3. Online or manual

Different circumstances suit different practices, which is why we offer two options when it comes to individual ordering. You can either choose to collect the details and money yourself (the school admin/finance office may be able to help), entering the details into one of our order forms, or you can choose to allow individuals to order through one of our online stores, which we will create just for you! If you select the online option you simply distribute the website details (we will help you with this!) and individuals can choose their colour, size and personalisation options and pay online!

4. What next?

Once you have collected all of the orders, or once the online store has closed (we will arrange the closing date with you), we will begin production. This usually takes three to four weeks, once completed the individually bagged and labelled hoodies are delivered to a pre-arranged destination, by a pre-arranged date.

5. And finally...
